Here is a way to provide a team building experience while demonstrating to the community that your business cares about older adults
It's simple! Your company, department, community or social group hosts a fundraising event of your choice and donates the proceeds to Elders in Action. Generate light-hearted competition between groups and increase the amount you raise.
Some ideas to get you started include:
- Dress-Down Week - Allow employees to wear jeans or dress casually in exchange for a suggested $20 donation
- Everyone Loves Food - Have a bake sale, or host a meal for a suggested $10 donation.
- Have A Book / CD Sale - We will provide the books, DVDs and CD's for you to sell.
- Be creative! - Your creative fund raising ideas can be turned into cherished dollars for Elders in Action.
